Are the photos the exact configuration I will receive?
Product photos show example configurations. The finished appearance depends on the specification confirmed for your order.
Are airbags and electronics included?
Do not assume that airbags, electronic controls or other components pictured are included. Confirm the supplied components and compatibility for your exact configuration before ordering.
Who should install the wheel?
Use a qualified professional familiar with your vehicle. Steering, airbag and electrical systems require correct installation and compatibility checks.
Is Apex Custom affiliated with the vehicle manufacturers?
No. Apex Custom is an independent aftermarket retailer. Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz names identify compatible vehicles.
How much is US shipping?
Express tracked shipping to the United States is free.
When will my wheel arrive?
Production starts within 24 hours and generally takes 14–21 days. We process orders seven days a week; complex specifications or parts availability can take longer. We send completion photos for approval, then dispatch on weekdays. Transit generally takes another 3–5 business days. See the Shipping Policy.
Can I cancel or return a custom order?
Email us within 24 hours of ordering to cancel. After that window, change-of-mind cancellations and returns are unavailable. If your wheel arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately for assessment and return instructions. See the Return Policy.
How long does a refund take?
For a timely cancellation, we confirm order details within 24 hours and initiate the refund in the following 48 hours. Other approved refunds are processed within 14 days of eligibility confirmation. Your bank may need additional time. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
