Apex Custom is a trading name of HNU ECOM Development LLC. These terms apply to this website and orders placed through it. By ordering, you agree to these terms and the Shipping, Return, Refund and Privacy Policies linked on this site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a purchase contract. Use only payment methods you are authorized to use.
Orders and specifications
Provide accurate contact, vehicle and shipping information. Review your selected configuration and final price before payment. Product photos may show example builds and optional components. Your confirmed configuration determines what is supplied. Contact us before ordering if compatibility or included components are unclear.
Custom production
Wheels are made to order. Cancellation is available by email within 24 hours of placing an order. After that period, change-of-mind cancellations, returns and refunds are unavailable. Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, and statutory remedies, remain covered as set out in our Return Policy.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in USD. Chargeable configurator selections and applicable tax are included in the total shown before checkout is completed. US shipping is free. If a material pricing or availability error affects an order, we will contact you to agree a correction or cancel and refund it.
Delivery
Production normally takes 14–21 calendar days, followed by 3–5 business days for tracked transit after approval. See our Shipping Policy for the full schedule and delay procedures. Nothing in these terms removes legally required delay notices or cancellation/refund rights.
Vehicle fitment and installation
Factory equipment can vary by model, generation and trim. When we request photos of existing vehicle components to confirm compatibility, manufacturing pauses until those photos are supplied. Use a qualified professional for installation. Do not use a damaged or incorrectly fitted wheel; contact us if a problem is identified. These provisions do not exclude responsibility for defects or incorrect supply.
Brand names and uploaded content
Apex Custom is independent of Audi, BMW and Mercedes-Benz. Their names identify vehicle compatibility and do not imply sponsorship. Only submit artwork or files you are entitled to use. You permit us and relevant production partners to use those files to fulfill your request.
Website use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, submit unlawful content or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict misuse. Links to third-party services are governed by their own applicable terms.
Liability and applicable law
Mandatory consumer protections and remedies remain applicable. No term excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. New Mexico law governs these terms, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and subject to mandatory consumer protections. Contact us first to seek an informal resolution of a dispute. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid through the store, or USD 100 if no purchase was made; indirect and consequential losses are excluded. These limits do not apply where prohibited. The website is supplied as available, without an uninterrupted-service guarantee.
Updates and contact
We may suspend access for misuse. Invalid provisions do not invalidate the remaining terms, and failure to enforce a right does not waive it. The English version controls where translations differ. We aim to give at least 30 days’ notice of material changes. The terms applicable when you place an order govern that order, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you.
