Shipping Policy

Express tracked shipping is free for orders delivered within the United States.

Manufacturing

Production begins within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders are processed seven days a week. Manufacturing generally takes 14–21 days; complex customizations or OEM parts availability can extend this period.

Approval and shipping

We send photos of your finished wheel for approval before dispatch. Express delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after manufacturing and approval. We do not dispatch on weekends. Production time is additional to delivery time.

Taxes and delays

Listed prices exclude tax. Applicable checkout taxes are displayed before payment. Import duties, customs charges and import taxes, where applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs and circumstances beyond our control can delay delivery.

If a shipment cannot leave within the promised time, we provide the notice, delay-consent or cancellation and refund options required by applicable law.
