Cancellation

Email contact@apexcustom-shop.com within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel. We confirm the order details within 24 hours of your request and initiate the full refund within the following 48 hours.

Made-to-order purchases

After the 24-hour cancellation window, custom orders are final. Returns and refunds are not available for a change of mind, an incorrect product selected by the customer or customer-selected fitment errors.

Damage or defects on arrival

Custom steering wheels and paddle shifters qualify for a return only for defects present upon delivery. Report any damage or defect immediately by email. Depending on the issue, the remedy may be repair, replacement components or a replacement wheel. Contact us for return instructions before sending the item.

Approved refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of the email confirming eligibility. The separate cancellation timetable above applies to timely cancellations. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the credit.

These conditions do not limit remedies required by applicable law.
